That is why you should follow a sensible diet, don't follow the Fad Diets, just cut back on how much you eat.  You need to get some moderate exercise.  No you don’t have to join a fancy gym and spend hours with a personal trainer, but you do need to get some moderate exercise.  Exercise burns fat and builds muscle. 

You should also take some vitamin supplements.  When you diet, you don’t always get the proper vitamins that you need and you end up with a vitamin deficiency.  So make sure you get a good multi vitamin to help you through the stress of going on a diet. 

Another thing that many people find helpful is a diet supplement.  There are numerous diet supplements on the market, and some of them are really very helpful and will help you lose weight quickly, and help you keep it off.  Just remember, a diet supplement is designed to help your diet, not replace it.  You still need to watch what you eat, reduce your caloric intake, and start a sensible exercise program.
