Seven Fast Weight Loss Diet Tips That Work

TIP #2:  Add a fiber supplement to your morning coffee.  You won’t taste it and fiber has been proven to aid in weight loss.  The days of your mother’s grainy fiber supplement are gone.  Today’s fiber supplements are literally unnoticeable in your warm beverage.

TIP #3:  Leave the bag or box in the pantry.  Portion out a serving of chips or crackers and place them in a bowl.  This fast tip saves you from eating the whole bag in one sitting. Not only that, but seeing a real portion will help you realize how much you should eat.

TIP #7:  Switch to vinaigrette.  Creamy dressings like honey mustard can have as many as 400 calories per two tablespoon serving.  A vinaigrette may contain only 40 calories per two tablespoon serving.  Not only that, but the vinaigrette spreads more evenly over your salad.  Do the math.  This fast tip can make that salad really work for weight loss.
